Lenders, Realtors, Agents and Home Inspectors

• Become a certified HBE Trainer
• Become a referral partner for CFH clients
• Sponsor a workshop or newsletter
• CFH is a place to “park” non-mortgage ready clients
• Gain access to down payment assistance programs, MCC’s, and free home inspection funds for your buyers/borrowers

Banks and Credit Unions

• Referral source for customers/members with housing related issues
• Become a referral partner for CFH clients (affordable banking products, investments, loans, etc.)
• Sponsor a workshop or series of counseling sessions

Employers

• A no cost 30-60 minute training session where your employees will learn about CFH’s wealth building services including Home Buyer Education, Down Payment Assistance, Financial Management, Credit Repair and foreclosure assistance. It’s fun, informal, and we’ll even raffle off some free classes and counseling vouchers.
