Denise Keiser is a leader, mentor, and trainer specializing in money and housing with 20 years of experience in real estate and finance. Denise is on a mission to help everyday people build sustainable wealth, stop stressing about their financial security, and start living the life they have always wanted. She is seen on TV as the “Money Expert” for WLNS-6 Lansing’s “Money Monday” where she provides weekly money tips.
Denise currently serves as the executive director of the Center for Financial Health, a Lansing-based nonprofit that inspires a lifelong commitment to financial wellness.
Adeline served as Executive Vice President of Financial Health Credit Union (now Option 1 Credit Union) and retired in January 2009 after 21 years of service. She is a co-founder of the Center for Financial Health, established in 2007 and served as its first Executive Director. She retired from the Center in January 2012. Since her retirement, Adeline continues to volunteer to assist with HUD reporting. She is tireless in her commitment to our mission and is passionate about empowering people to help themselves, through education and counseling, to build a strong financial future.
Katrina is an expert housing counselor with over 30 years of experience in the ever changing world of mortgage. As a HECM Certified Counselor/Reverse Mortgage Counselor, Katrina leads the charge towards helping families improve access to sustainable affordable housing. A simple piece of advice she gives first time homebuyers is “check your credit, and save your money!”
