Come to our FREE Home Buyer Education Workshop to learn what it really takes to become a homeowner. We'll give you facts. Plus, we'll dispell the common myths about homeownership that could be unnecessarily keeping you from buying and owning a home.
This is a 8-hour HUD and MSHDA approved workshop split into two Saturday events. Both sessions must be completed to obtain certificate of completion.

Forum on Foreclosure Rescue Scams
Posted by Denise Keiser on 04/01/2011CFH co-hosted a Forum on Foreclosure Rescue Scams on March 30th, 2011 to help increase awareness about Fraudsters targeting at-risk homeowners with foreclosure rescue and loan modification scams. The forum included representatnives from the Attorney Generals office, the Michigan Foreclosure Task Force, the FBI and Legal Services of South Central Michigan.
