  • The Center for Financial Health is looking for a qualified intern to join our nonprofit team. Our organization delivers quality coaching, counseling, and adult education on the topics of housing and finance in the Lansing and surrounding areas. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of delivering financial education to adult learners.

    Responsibilities
    • Assist facilitation of group workshops on the topics of money and housing.
    • Assist in the creation of signage, circulars, e-mail campaigns, on line promotion, etc.
    • Assist in creation of course workbooks
    • Seek and analyze competitor programming
    • Enter contact information into contact management systems
    • Assist in collection and creation of client stories

  • The Center for Financial Health is looking for a qualified intern with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape to join our nonprofit team. Our organization delivers quality coaching, counseling, and adult education on the topics of housing and finance in the Lansing and surrounding areas. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of delivering financial education to adult learners.

    Responsibilities
    • Contribute to content design for social media
    • Schedule social media ads, content, and events
    • Seek and analyze competitor social media activity
    • Contribute to website redesign in various way
    • Online outreach and promotion using Facebook, Twitter and other platforms
    • Cost/benefit analysis

  • The Center for Financial Health is looking for a qualified intern to join our nonprofit team. The goal of this internship is to research, identify, and select an online learning platform to enhance and grow delivery of education. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of delivering financial education to adult learners via online learning platforms.

    Responsibilities
    • Research competitor offerings for online learning platforms
    • Research available online learning platforms for purchase
    • Cost/benefit analysis of available platforms
    • Present research findings
    • Assist in development of online education platform
